The view of the volcano was like, totally stunning, you guys! I mean, seriously, just breathtaking. And chill vibes by the pool were perfect after long days exploring. Breakfast was, like, okay but nothing too fancy. Don't get me started on how basic the room was, but I had a comfy stay. Also, loved the friendly staff!

The peaceful location near La Fortuna offers stunning views.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by noisy nights due to traffic from the nearby highway. The lighting in the room was very low, making it difficult to see even basic items. Additionally, the lack of proper furniture in the room left us feeling uncomfortable throughout our visit.

outdated room

the walls were paper-thin, so I got to enjoy my neighbor's sneezing fits. how lovely! the quadraple room was so outdated, it could've been a museum exhibit. I simply expected a complimentary bottle of wine for such inconveniences, but I guess that's too much to ask. I almost gave it 3 stars, but I just couldn’t.

the bathroom window wouldn’t close, but the views were amazing and the kids loved the pool. breakfast was included and really tasty. also, the room had a fridge that kept our drinks cold.

we had a lovely stay at villas vista arenal. the location was just right, close to town but peaceful. our kids adored the small pools and often had them to themselves. breakfast was straightforward, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. the view of the volcano and the sloth sanctuary made our time by the pool extra special.

the breakfast could use improvement.

Couples seeking tranquility

We enjoyed incredible hot showers, the best we’ve had in four months of traveling. The breakfast was a highlight, every plate was freshly made and tasted amazing!

It was not cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.
